FREIGHT

AUSTRALIAN FREIGHT CHARGES

$12.00 per parcel including 10% GST for all Local and Interstate Deliveries

Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery

INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES

50% of subtotal Plus AU$10.00 for Insurance and Registration for all Overseas Deliveries

Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery

PRICES

All Retail Prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST

Wholesale Prices are available upon request, with the provision of full business details and ABN number

PAYMENT

Payments can be made via Paypal, Visa or Mastercard or Direct Bank Deposit.

Method of payment can be chosen at time of Checkout.

Goods will be sent once payment is cleared.

REFUND

If you receive a product that you believe is significantly no as described, please contact us.

After discussing the issue with us, we will, at our discretion, refund your money after the return of the products/s.

It will be your responsibility to return the item/s back to our address at your cost, unless we are at, and have acknowledged, fault.

Item/s must be returned in their original condition before a refund will be issued.

Any item that we intentionally sell damaged, will be clearly marked as such.

OUT OF STOCK

Although we keep large stock quantities of most products, on rare occasions we run out of some products, which on average will delay an order by 1-7 days.  

Should this occur, we will notify you promptly to check if this will cause a problem.
